Job Title: Front Of House Manager

At our sports stadium-style bar and restaurant, we offer a unique dining experience and live sports entertainment in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Large screens and TVs strategically placed throughout the space ensure patrons can catch every thrilling moment of their favourite sports events while sitting comfortably with private booths and TVs. We broadcast sports from all over the world, including football, cricket, rugby, basketball, UFC, or any other sport.

**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for producing great quality service and will provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring solid front of house operations. As a hard-working and vibrant manager, you will deliver food and service to our standards, adhere to Australian legal requirements, and make a valued contribution to overall business performance.

**The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience**

- Manage staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.

- Run the restaurant, bar, and functions efficiently and effectively.

- Adhere to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.

- Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.

- Ensure superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

- Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.

- Maintain current market knowledge and engage promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.

**Requirements:**

**The MVP We're Seeking**

- 3yrs hospitality management experience.

- Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.

- Experience in controlling financial aspects of a business.

- Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.

- RSA, RSG, TAB basics & advanced essential.

- First aid certificate preferred but not essential.
