As a Digital Account Manager at Impressive, you'll play a critical role in engaging with clients, building long-term relationships, and identifying new opportunities within our existing portfolio. You'll also focus on finding new opportunities through upsells, word of mouth, and referrals from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain an above-average Net Promoter Score for all clients within your portfolio
  • Ensure each client has an up-to-date scorecard and a contact plan
  • Work strategically with our Performance team to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities

About You

  • You have extensive and diverse experience in digital marketing and client management
  • You're proactive and able to get the job done with initiative
  • You can drive buy-in for recommendations through sharing digital marketing best practices and supporting with quantifiable data
