Our organization is seeking a seasoned digital portfolio manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in fuel management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background and demonstrate strategic thinking while being hands-on in execution. This role will involve direct collaboration with C-level executives, reporting to the Head of Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Leadership:
  • Lead and drive transformation programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions within the fuel management domain.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and oversee key portfolio planning and delivery processes, including operating plans, quarterly planning, and squad product coaching.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present executive briefing packs that summarize progress, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.
  • Financial Support:
  • Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of experience in retail convenient stores, preferably in the fuel sector.
  • Consulting Background: Proven experience in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading transformation programs and achieving organizational goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
