We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and be part of a globally renowned medical technology company.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our Community Channel in Brisbane South to Gold Coast, QLD by achieving sales targets for the assigned territory. You will cover community accounts within QLD, working closely with Primary Care, Aged Care Groups, and Community Nursing Providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing key customer relationships to drive business and growth in your territory
  • Creating strategic partnerships to achieve budgetary goals
  • Launching new complementary products to the existing range in the market
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports on territory sales progression
  • Identifying key targets to expand sales successfully
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to provide excellent customer service
  • Providing in-service programs, workshops, and seminars to customers as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science, health, or business-related field
  • A proven track record in Medical Device sales within the Hospital environment
  • Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of wound care or related areas
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Commercially astute, with a driven and proactive approach to territory planning and relationship management
