About the Position:

As a Store Operations Manager / Coordinator at Bunnings, you will oversee the daily operations, sales, and high-volume inventory management within your designated area. Collaborating closely with fellow Coordinators in departments such as Service, Inside the Home, Builders, and Lifestyles & Garden, you will report directly to your Operations and Complex Manager. You will lead a team of over 20 members, ensuring efficiency and organization while being the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing Service and Operations within your department by mentoring and developing your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring your department showcases our Extensive Range and Competitive Prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing new team members
  • Upholding health and safety standards across your department and store
  • Responding to customer feedback to enhance the overall customer journey
  • Coordinating stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishments

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership and influencing capabilities. Previous experience in team leadership with a focus on Health and Safety and specialized products is preferred. You should possess the ability to cultivate teams and foster a healthy work environment. The role requires versatility, the ability to influence various stakeholders, and a solid understanding of KPIs to exceed customer expectations.
