Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and implement processes to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of bakery and cafe staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints and feedback, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and implement processes to prevent food safety issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or bakery management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Barista experience is highly desirable.
