This pivotal role will focus on delivering exceptional non-academic support to students, helping them navigate EDU's systems and processes, both in-person and online. As the first point of contact for non-academic student inquiries, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to students.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all non-academic student inquiries.
  • Resolve student queries through effective case management and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with tuition fee processing and issue student cards and official documentation.
  • Support student communications, including scheduled and ad-hoc messages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in student services.
  • A Diploma qualification or higher is preferred.
  • Experience with student management systems and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
