About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Dynamic Venue Operations Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior management in leading the team towards excellence in customer service and compliance
- Oversee cash and expenditure control, process and procedure implementation, stock control, staff management and rostering
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and assist with day-to-day operations
- Ensure adherence to OHS Covid-safe practices

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager (preferably at a multi-faceted venue)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Demonstrated bar, bistro, gaming, TAB experience
- Current RSA, Food Handlers, Gaming Licence, RSG, Drivers license, First Aid and TAB Accreditation (fork lift license optional)
- Excellent cash handling and understanding of compliance
- Ability to manage and implement process and procedure
- Superior customer service standards
- Strong administration skills including all Microsoft office capabilities
- Leadership skills to support General Manager
- Ability to use multiple systems including POS
- Problem and conflict resolution
- Personal honesty and integrity
