THE ROLE:

We're looking for aMarketing & Account Manager (Mid-Senior Level)who is ready to create impact by craftingdata-driven strategiesand executing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role is perfect for someone who isequal parts strategist and doer—confident on the tools, naturally curious about "what's next" in digital, and eager to test, learn, and refine.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Client Management & Strategy:Own client communications, provide strategic recommendations, and drive results.

Campaign Execution:Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing, and automation platforms.

Project Management:Lead campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Performance & Analytics:Track performance data, identify insights, and continuously optimise campaigns.

Collaboration:Work with designers, developers, and content creators to bring campaigns to life.

Business Growth:Identify client growth opportunities and introduce fresh marketing initiatives.

Industry Engagement:Stay ahead of trends, attend events, and represent Yes Digital in the marketing community.

Team Leadership:Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience:1-2+ years in a similar role (agency experience is a plus, but not essential).

Education:Degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Meta, SEO, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

Strategic & Analytical Mindset:A track record of executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Creative & Data-Driven:Ability to craft compelling marketing messages and turn insights into action.

Strong Communicator:You can simplify complex data and make it meaningful for clients.

Relationship-focused:A natural at building trust and long-term partnerships.

Highly Organised & Proactive:You manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
