Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the successful delivery of property and infrastructure projects.

About The Role
  • Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple projects.
  • Managing time, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Administering consultant and construction contracts.
  • Preparing project reports and governance documentation.
  • Supporting tenders and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities Include

The successful candidate will have a strong background in design management and contract administration, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience for Project Manager applicants, and 7+ years for Senior Project Manager applicants.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
