Civil Project Engineer/ Contracts Administrator
">About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Civil Project Engineer/ Contracts Administrator to manage the delivery of civil engineering projects across the region. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with project planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and review contracts, technical specifications, and other project documentation.
- Support tender preparation, RFTs, and subcontractor engagement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement control measures.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as a Civil Project Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and managing project budgets.
- Familiarity with local and national construction regulations and guidelines.
