About our opportunity

We are looking for part-time support workers in the Nowra region to join our team. Hours are negotiable.

The role of a Support Worker is to provide quality services and support to people over 65, helping them strengthen their capacity to live independently at home and in their community. Duties include client-directed care, transportation, respite care, domestic assistance, personal care, and social services.

Unlike other providers, we don't require large blocks of cleaning as we provide professional cleaning services to our clients. If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care (or aspire to get one), a solid understanding of older people's needs and carers, and can work as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

About you

To be considered, you'll need:

  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • A smart mobile phone and internet access
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • To be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
