Male Disability/Aged Care support worker wanted for **immediate start, regular/ongoing hours.**

Location: Nowra & surrounding suburbs.

Small local franchise currently expanding, with local management & local clients.

**The successful applicant must be available to commence before the 1st of June 2025.**

**Experience with complex behaviours, and demonstrated knowledge on restrictive practices & safe-guarding/mandatory reporting is HIGHLY regarded.**

**Immediate hours**: Regular/ongoing shifts with regular NDIS participant, 16 hrs per week, social and community participation. Regular/ongoing shifts with CDC client, 5-10 hours per week, personal care/social and community participation. CDC client, 2hrs per week. x2 clients waiting to onboard, also seeking male support worker.

**Increased hours**: The successful male support worker will have the option of building their client-base as more clients/participants onboard.

We are an ethical and fast growing provider of NDIS and Aged Care services across the scenic South Coast, extending from North Nowra/Bomaderry to Lake Tabourie, covering the beautiful Shoalhaven region.

We are seeking Casual Support Workers to assist with the provision of high-quality exceptional care to a range of fantastic clients and participants in various towns within the Shoalhaven.

Our Support Workers are home-based and utilise a mobile work model (with electronic support for administration), attracting a travel reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities, appropriate to client need.

There is scope for our support staff to work specifically with NDIS participants, Aged Care clients or a mix of both.

All Support Workers are paid according to the SCHADS award and have the ability to build their personal client-base according to what their own circumstances/priorities.

**Main responsibilities and activities may include (support worker MUST be prepared to complete tasks below if required)**:

- Assistance with care in the home (bathing, toileting, mobility)
- Getting out for social engagement, activities and attending appointments (own vehicle essential)
- Assistance with household tasks (may include cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- Assistance with medications
- Light administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
