Product Group Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Group Manager to drive revenue, profit, and stock turn targets for a specific product group. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory flow from suppliers across our retail network, liaising with external partners, and collaborating with internal teams to execute category strategies and deliver optimal product outcomes.

  • The successful candidate will coordinate and implement product forecasts for promotional campaigns, liaise with suppliers to place required order details within agreed deadlines, and undertake regular monitoring of KPIs in conjunction with the Category Manager associated with the management of inventory stored with Suppliers, in Retail Outlets, and identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • You will be a flexible, hands-on team player who can support new initiatives across the business, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of key market drivers, industry players, and latest developments within competitive markets.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control techniques to maintain financial control of income and expenditure is also essential.
  • You will manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously from conception to implementation.
