
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive our growth strategy and deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads through highly developed relationship management skills in a defined region.
You will lead and contribute to a national growth and sales culture, building and managing processes for relationship management, and establishing strong relationships with funding bodies and relevant stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in a Business Development role within the community disability space, an adept understanding of the NDIS, Disability and Aged Care sectors, and established relationships with customers, case managers, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national growth and sales efforts
- Build and manage relationship management processes
- Establish strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
- Identify, triage, assess, and onboard clients
- Owning conversation targets and plans across all stages of customer journey
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Understanding of NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
- Established relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
