
Support Office Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our office operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day office tasks, including basic facility management and contributing to a positive work environment
- Assisting the commercial manager with administrative tasks
- Preparing correspondence, emails, reports and other documents
- Managing IT systems, asset registers and other essential records
- Resolving technical issues with internal and external support
- Overseeing employee timesheet submission and approval processes
- Organizing staff onboarding, accommodation and social events
- Processing and entering data into various systems
- Providing support with accounts payable as required
