Seeking Experienced Laborers for Casual Farm and Factory Work

We are currently hiring laborers to join our clients on a casual basis across Southern Tasmania. Due to an upcoming expansion, we have multiple opportunities available for various roles and tasks outside on farms and inside in factories.

The positions will be physically demanding and take place on properties scattered across central and southeast Tasmania. You will be employed on a casual basis with the opportunity to work up to 7 days per week.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of safety in the workplace, be willing to work hard and contribute to a team, and have the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Key Requirements:

  • Safety Knowledge: Demonstrate practical knowledge of safety in the workplace
  • Teamwork: Work hard, be reliable, and contribute to a team
  • Weather Conditions: Be willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Availability: Be available Monday - Friday and weekends if required
  • Transportation: Hold a current driver's license (P1 or higher) and have your own transport
  • Work Ethic: Have a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Australian Residency: Right to work in Australia

About You:

  • Experience: Year 12 leaver or Uni student looking for holiday work, Holiday maker looking for extra cash to fund your journey
  • Skills: Reliable and flexible to work schedules and rosters
  • Personality: Able to work as part of a team and get on well with others
  • Training: Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment or fruit & vegetable picking/packing roles is desirable but not necessary; full training will be provided
