About This Role

The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of our IT services, including managing network and communications, infrastructure, applications, workplace technology, and cyber security.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall IT infrastructure and supporting the technological needs of the organization. The IT Manager will oversee the maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, ensure robust security measures are in place to protect IT systems and data, and lead and develop the IT team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure, applications, network & communications, workplace technology, and cyber security.
  • Lead and develop the IT team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and implement security measures to protect IT systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects to meet business objectives.
  • Align IT service delivery with organizational standards to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant certifications in IT.
  • At least 10 years' experience managing an IT team in a commercial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop the IT team.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business needs.
