We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Office Operations team at LeavePlus.

The successful candidate will embody our company values and contribute to the smooth running of our office while delivering exceptional service to our members, visitors, vendors, and employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to our members, visitors, vendors, and employees by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guests are welcomed and supported during their visit.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable office environment by replenishing supplies, addressing maintenance requests, and liaising with the Facilities Coordinator and tradespersons as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant with tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing the Office Management SharePoint folder.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Process invoices for office supplies and reconcile monthly credit card expenses.
  • On/Offboarding: Manage building access passes, prepare new starter packs, conduct office tours, and arrange home equipment collection.
  • Calendar Scheduling: Oversee meeting room bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate logistics and catering for meetings.
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and executing employee engagement events, including setup/pack-down, poster creation in Canva, and managing attendee lists.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
