Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of RLB. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing high-level reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the Managing Director's governance responsibilities, including preparing meeting materials and tracking key actions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
