Early Childhood Leadership Manager

About the Role
The Assistant Centre Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Centre, working closely with the Centre Manager and Area Manager to drive excellence in our operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and meeting financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and promoting the Centre's services through effective marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and support the Centre team to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
