We're expanding our presence in Australia and New Zealand, and we're seeking a CRM and Loyalty Manager to develop a loyalty strategy that fosters customer lifetime value and drives retention.

About the Opportunity
    • Develop a comprehensive loyalty program to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Create a full-year calendar for loyalty initiatives and execute direct marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
    • Collaborate with operations, e-commerce, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional post-purchase experiences.
    • Analyze consumer behavior, interests, and CLV to build actionable segments and inform marketing decisions.
    • Monitor ratings and reviews, and work with the Customer Support team to turn detractors into influencers.
    • Establish strong relationships with retail teams and CX teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty programs.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
About You:
    • 3+ years of experience in retail e-commerce, CRM/loyalty management, and direct marketing.
    • Experience managing a direct report and leading cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, web sales, direct marketing techniques, and order fulfillment strategies.
    • Clear understanding of the consumer's behavior in an omnichannel environment.
    • Experience building, managing, and reporting on customer lifetime value.
    • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manipulate data sets.
    • Experience working with various data sources and manipulating data for templates.
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento, with a preference for Klaviyo.
    • Ability to execute lead generation campaigns and support lead nurturing.
    • Understanding of the importance of e-commerce as a single channel and its interaction with the wider retailing environment.
    • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of consumer behavior, media consumption, and shopping habits.
    • Ability to combine reports and information to provide insights into consumer behavior.
    • Outdoor sports enthusiast with a passion for product.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to set clear objectives, plan activities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Keen to stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms, and tools.
