Instrument Servicing Specialist

  • Expertly install, maintain and repair a variety of instruments with technical expertise.
  • Provide high-quality documentation and submit reports accurately and on time.
  • Interpret customer needs and partner with specialist teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts and enhance processes through effective communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Travel extensively to support products and maintain inventory, test equipment and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience with strong technical competence.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant instrument experience, preferably in servicing chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and planning abilities, with the capacity to thrive under uncertainty.
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time, including interstate and international travel.
