**About the company**

Based in Lilydale (Melbourne), our client is a leading global provider for companies in the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, electronics and telecommunication sectors for their calibration needs. The company has a friendly culture where they look after their employees. Looking for a Field Service Technician with qualifications in process control Instrumentation, electrical or Industrial electronics.

**The role**

You will be responsible for the delivery of instrumentation service, repairs, traceable calibration, Quality management systems in the process control and calibration Industry. You will be required to travel in both rural and city destinations. Excellent communication with skills in digital, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic Instrumentation. A Vehicle is provided with the package.

**What you will be doing**
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide calibration, repairs and service to the company's client base
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with mínimal supervision.
- Complete service & repair reports.
- Perform any data entry within CALTRACK and produce documentation, certificates, and reports.
- Liaise with client representatives to provide quality of service
- Follow Job Pack guidelines and prepare for a job.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Skills and experience with digital, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instrumentation.
- Perform traceable calibrations to various instrumentation
- Perform repairs to various instrumentation
- An understanding of computing systems and business software

**Desirable**
- Previous work experience in a process control organisation
- Previous work experience in providing traceable calibration services
- Familiar with the use and operation of Quality Management Systems

**On Offer**

7:30 am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

80K to 90K depending on experience + Super + Company Vehicle

(on call roster when weekend work is required)
