Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the impacts of projects and change efforts on staff and other stakeholders.
- Conduct Readiness Assessments: Evaluate the readiness of staff and stakeholders for change and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop Change Management Plans: Create targeted change management plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans and ensure alignment with the Fund's culture and values.
- Coach Senior Leaders: Act as a coach for senior leaders, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors and support project teams in implementing change management strategies.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources, or a related field.
- Change Management Experience: Significant change management experience, including program-level change management (8+ years).
- Deep Knowledge of Change Management Principles: Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
