Country Road Assistant Store Manager - Southland VIC

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with delivering the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators. This role will focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, driving sales, profit, and productivity, and building a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

Attributes You Possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
