About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management of the Production Support Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of the Production Support Logistics team to ensure the successful delivery of events and productions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to meet working conditions and client needs.
  • Manage information technology systems and processes, including equipment management, warehousing and logistics, invoicing, database management, and time and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS responsibilities and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of events.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive skills and experience in live theatre/entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering staff to meet working conditions and client needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of information technology systems and processes.
  • MR class driver's license and forklift driver's license highly desirable.
  • Electrical test and tag competency highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated high level supervisory skills, including understanding and knowledge of WHS responsibilities.
  • Good communication, team building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Physical fitness, agility, and ability to work at heights, good hearing, and vision.
