The Administration Officer's purpose is to contribute to achieving business objectives by providing high-quality support in administrative duties and building professional relationships with customers.

This position involves delivering exceptional administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites, developing positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.

Maintaining accurate data records and ensuring consistent execution of end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and timelines is crucial.

The successful candidate will strive to continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and improving existing capabilities.

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and a commitment to sustainability.

  • Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite products, particularly Excel
  • Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
  • Salesforce experience would be beneficial
