As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will support the team in delivering projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects. Your role will focus on the core civil engineering discipline, associated with roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries.
Key Responsibilities- Understanding of urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing.
- Ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage.
- Familiarity with site grading and level design.
- Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g., Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD).
- Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints.
- Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
- Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
- Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026.
