We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Water Treatment team in Brisbane, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and be passionate about learning and problem-solving.
- Support analysis and design of water and wastewater supply, distribution and treatment systems using general civil engineering knowledge.
- Perform basic calculations to analyze and design water/wastewater system components using standard software and/or proprietary manufacturer software.
- Collaborate with the team in preparing water/wastewater designs, drawings, specifications, presentations and reports, and gather information to support design decisions.
- Verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices.
- Coordinate projects under the direction of a senior engineer working with other engineering disciplines and professionals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines.
