This role involves working closely with the Product Manager to ensure accurate definition, documentation, prioritization, and communication of features, functional, and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business needs into relevant solutions.
  • Providing knowledge of the offering or portfolio, supports presales work, and ongoing product development.
  • Leading business requirement gathering and document detailed content features needed to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Supporting the Regional and Global Product Manager/s and colleagues in defining standard business processes and mapping these to standard business processes and care activities/functional transactions.
Detailed Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years' experience working as a business analyst with an EMR in a vendor organization or health environment.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Experience working with information technology with functional groups within an organization.
