Synergy is Western Australia's largest electricity generator and energy retailer, delivering secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS).

The Role:

The Brand and Production Lead role is a key opportunity in our Marketing Team based at our Forrest Centre site. You will be responsible for brand architecture, driving strong attribution, maintaining integrity, consistency, and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead the visual articulation of the Synergy brand and manage the master Brand Guidelines.
  • Manage production capabilities to ensure a consistent look and feel for all internal and external communication activities.
  • Provide brand governance and advice to align projects, collateral and creative material to Synergy's brand identity.
  • Manage relationships with design partners and production vendors to produce required material and maintain integrity and consistency across the brand.
  • Manage external agency partnerships including contract management and performance evaluation.
