Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with our agile cross-functional teams to develop world-class digital experiences for our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs that meet our business needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our e-commerce platform to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our design and development teams to bring design concepts to life.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our digital channels.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital experiences remain innovative and competitive.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably in e-commerce or digital product development.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A passion for e-commerce and digital product development, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
