Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UI and UX design, with a specific focus on e-commerce and food ordering applications. This role requires a creative individual who is passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Design and deliver mockups and prototypes for a range of devices and interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and coding practices.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
