We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team at Arcare Aged Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical care involves assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Wound management requires dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
  • Healthcare planning entails developing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Assessment and documentation involve conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Pain management addresses pain concerns and implements pain management strategies.
  • Emergency response is being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
  • End-of-life care provides comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Requirements:
  • A current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
  • An adaptable, passionate, and willing attitude
  • Collaborative teamwork skills
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities
