About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical nursing practice, with a strong understanding of contemporary nursing theory and care documentation models
  • Generalist registered nursing experience, with knowledge of aged care – highly desirable
  • The ability to rapidly acquire a sound understanding of appropriate aged care legislated standards and incorporate them into daily practice
  • Relevant probity checks as required by legislation and policy
  • Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation, health directives or policy throughout employment and prior to commencement
  • A current Australian driver's licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
