Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant leveraging your extensive SharePoint experience and your deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Information Management principles to drive project outcomes.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your experience will be critical in addressing complex project requirements and enhancing the overall project delivery process.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Manage chargeable work and ensure project success.

2. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide strategic guidance and process-focused expertise to enhance service excellence for SharePoint within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Contribute both chargeable and non-chargeable effort to projects.

3. Cloud Governance: Establish cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

4. Pre-sales Consulting: Define enterprise technology strategies for customers, identifying competitive advantages and differentiation.

5. Upsell Opportunities:Proactively identify and pursue cross and upsell opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

6. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, expanding service offerings.

7. Evangelism: Be an evangelist within the community, promoting Rapid Circle's expertise and attracting new customers.

Required Experience and Traits:

• Strong Information Architecture and Information Management skills
• Strong understanding of intranet architecture, content organization, and UX design to ensure intuitive navigation and content accessibility.
• Solid SharePoint experience, both On-Premises and Online, with strong familiarity with InfoPath and Nintex.
• Proficiency in planning and executing SharePoint migrations (on-premises to online or between environments)
• Notable Business Analysis and Project Management experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint Development (SPFx) and Power Platform
• Knowledge of Purview, data protection, and security consultation
• Desirable experience with Copilot
• Familiarity across Microsoft 365 and Cloud Infrastructure
• Passion for technology with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong business acumen and consultancy skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A curious nature and a growth mindset
• Records management experience would be advantageous

Qualifications:

• Recognised industry certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in project/program management and sales.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse, intercultural environments.

Requirements:

• You must be a permanent resident of Australia
• You may be required to pass a police check/clearance for work with regulated and security organizations
• You may need to prove your vaccination status when working at client locations
