Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive and facilitate the successful adoption of strategic projects within our organisation. Reporting to the Director of Project Implementation and Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and alignment with our organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute change management strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate teams while managing resistance and fostering collaboration, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences through exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse data and feedback to assess progress and make informed adjustments to change strategies, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve challenges during the change process, proactively implementing solutions that meet the needs of our organisation and stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of change within technical and non-technical frameworks, demonstrating agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in highly regulated environments, with a strong understanding of aged care regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of change management principles, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- High-level organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- In-depth understanding of the aged care environment, including regulations and standards, with a strong knowledge of structured change management approaches and best practices in aged care project delivery.
- Familiarity with stakeholder management strategies and project management principles, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programmes related to new processes or systems.
- Over five years of direct experience in leading change initiatives and managing large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of system implementations and upgrades in aged care or healthcare.
