Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our footprint in lower-tier new construction and upgrade projects.

About the Role
  • This role is key to driving business through the T3/4 contractor channel, working in conjunction with the NSW Wholesale team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project opportunities, quotations, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship-building with electrical contractors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions, craft persuasive proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to overall team success by supporting broader business activities as needed.
  • Up hold quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 & ISO14001)
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Electrical, Wholesale, Construction, or related technical industries.

Strong industry knowledge, communication skills, and ability to foster lasting client relationships.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic thinking and effective project management.

Excellent organisational, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Must hold a current valid driver's license.
