The Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of sales drive and technical expertise, enabling you to fuel growth, forge lasting partnerships, and contribute to the success of our company.

You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams to build and manage relationships, provide technical support, and drive project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors.

Your focus will be on preparing proposals, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the electrical and medical infrastructure sectors
  • Providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Tracking sales performance and achieving targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical (preferred), medical, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and tendering platforms
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
