Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Professional to spearhead the delivery of high-profile financial crime projects, client relationship management, team leadership, and practice management.

About the Role:

  • Direct complex financial crime initiatives with prominent clients
  • Promote and maintain robust client relationships and business development capabilities
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals in financial crime risk management
  • Craft and implement effective risk management strategies and processes
  • Remain informed about AML/CTF legislation and reforms, and regulatory technology landscape

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in financial crime roles
  • Strong technical expertise in key AML/CTF areas, including KYC, TM, OCDD, and ECDD
  • Experience delivering independent reviews and ML/TF risk assessments
  • A deep understanding of AML/CTF Act, fraud, and scams
  • Direct experience with AUSTRAC regulatory matters
  • Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications
