Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to deliver exceptional policy service. The ideal candidate will determine accurate policy coverage, investigate and evaluate assigned cases, and negotiate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine policy coverage for assigned cases
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to conclude or negotiate settlements
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a deep understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
