Senior Analyst Credit Policy & Governance
As the Senior Analyst Credit Policy & Governance, you will review and support the ongoing development of appropriate credit policies for the retail and business lending functions of the Bank.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience in interpreting and analysing legislation, regulation, and other regulatory guidance.
In this role, you will ensure the bank maintains and implements a credit risk management framework appropriate for the size and scope of the bank's credit risk activities.
This position is open to candidates in Brisbane, offering flexibility to work from home two days a week.
You'll make an impact by:

Maintaining and updating the credit risk management framework and associated credit risk policies.
Developing and maintaining reporting to support the assessment of the effectiveness of the Bank's end-to-end lending processes.
Leveraging the Bank's enterprise risk system to enhance credit risk reporting against the risk appetite and strategy.
Assisting the secretariat function and governance processes of the Credit Risk Committee, including planning, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and recording of artefacts.
Supporting the delivery and review of the Credit Assurance Plan across the credit lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience in risk management roles within Financial Services.
Experience in shaping governance policies and standards that are clear to users and aligned with strategy.
Knowledge of relevant Financial Services sector standards.
Understanding of contemporary Compliance and Operational Risk Frameworks and systems.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge across multiple stages of the credit lifecycle for various credit products.
