Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to lead our school community.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality education while fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the school community with a focus on student learning, well-being, and staff development.
  2. Demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education and its values.
  3. Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all students.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  5. Oversee the implementation of curriculum programs and ensure academic excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • A master's degree or five-year equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Substantial educational experience, including classroom teaching and leadership positions.
  • Relevant experience within the last five years in Catholic primary schools or currently in a role associated with and supporting Catholic primary schools.
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.

Selection Criteria:

  • Candidates should demonstrate a clear understanding of Catholic education and its values.
  • The ability to lead and manage a school community is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience in implementing curriculum programs and promoting academic excellence is highly regarded.
