This executive leadership role oversees the Middle School, ensuring its programs align with the school's vision, mission, values, and strategic commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and management to the Middle School, ensuring quality across teaching and learning, co-curricular activities, wellbeing, and administration.
  • Champion an outstanding learning culture, delivering the Becoming Me Program to develop students as confident learners and responsible young people.
  • Inspire staff to be leaders of learning, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration in professional practice.
  • Maintain teaching responsibilities with a load of FTE 0.2 while managing the Middle School, with FTE 0.8 Time Release and a B2 allowance.
