Lead Before and After-School Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality before and after-school care services for children. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, inclusive environment where children can relax, have fun, and grow.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children aged 5-12 years
  • Create daily plans and organize activities that promote physical and emotional development
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children in a dynamic and engaging manner
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse dietary needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Childcare or Education
  • An enthusiasm for childcare and education with the ability to form positive relationships
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
