About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position that will drive strategic operations and empower teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple regions.

The State Manager will play a key role in leading our Inclusive Employment program, leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide operational oversight across multiple regions and sites, driving business growth and sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional services, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyse and monitor performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions to drive business results.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, employers, and community organisations to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Representation: Represent us at state forums and stakeholder engagements, promoting our brand and values.
About You

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses a strong track record in employment services or a related field. Key requirements include:

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and reporting systems, with a proven ability to extract insights from data.
  • Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and build effective partnerships.
