Electro-Mechanical Engineer for Assembly and Testing

We are seeking a skilled electro-mechanical engineer to join our team as a 3-month contractor placement inside IR35.

  • As an electro-mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of intricate hardware.
  • You will work closely with all members of the flight team to ensure that systems are designed and built in such a way that they can be successfully and accurately tested.
  • A background in aerospace or space engineering is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly procedures, mechanical assembly and integration, and testing procedures.

You will also provide input to the selection of integration specific materials and develop operational procedures for assembly activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in assembly and testing of aerospace hardware

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
