Our specially designed Oak Park centre operates from 7:00am to 6:30pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 95 children.

Salary

Above award rates make this an attractive opportunity for experienced Early Childhood Teachers. Your annual salary is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Eden Academy, you will deliver high-quality care and lead inclusive programs that empower our children as independent learners. Your Kindergarten programming should prepare your class for school and nurture their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness through engaging conversation.

You will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
  • Experience in delivering Kindergarten programs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality educational programs. You must also be able to develop strong relationships with families and the local community.
