About the Role

Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator for our Kindergarten room.

As a valued member of our teaching team, you will:

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that promotes high-quality educational programs in a play-based learning environment.
  • Lead a team to deliver engaging and inclusive programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • Contribute to the daily operations and management of the centre, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with colleagues and families.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Work a full-time position, 38 hours per week.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACEQA-recognised) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
  • A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring you can design and implement high-quality programs.
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification, demonstrating your commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
  • A current Blue Card and Police Check (or willingness to obtain), confirming your suitability for working with vulnerable populations.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving high-quality outcomes for children, families, and the community.
  • Full Australian working rights, essential for this role.
